Analysis of Questionnaire Results

After publishing our questionnaire over our personal FaceBook accounts and pages, we collected a total of 11 detailed responses which I shall analyse during this short essay.

Q1- What genre do you think our film is?

A - Psychological Crime Thriller

Here are the responses converted into a pie chart.

The chart reveals that the majority of our answers thought
that our film was a Psychological Thriller. Although this is
not the word perfect result we were hoping for, it is clear
that our overall genre is recognised which proves our 
storyline to be understandable. Note how the majority
of the people who answered out questionnaire were 
complete novices to film categorisation, and so helps to 
explain our answers. The correct answer ranked third. 

Q2 - Do our characters seem appropriate for the genre?

 A - optional; Yes or No

Here are the responses converted into a pie chart.

Here 100% of answers confirmed that our character profiles
we had created fit our target genre. This is clarification
for us now to finish our character profiles. Minor
adjustments shall be made in order to slightly improve on
our characters image.

Q3 - What BBFC rating would you give this film?

 A - 15

Here are the results.

Again like the previous answer all our results showed
that they all thought out film should be a 15 certificete.
This is very promising news for out group and we can
now go ahead and start the filming process.

Q - What is your age?

As shown by this pie chart, it is clear our audience have a
range of ages, with the most common being our age; 17. We
expected this as we handed out questionnaires to our
classmates.

Q - What age group do you think our film is targeted at?

A - 15-30

This result shows that our target audience, as we thought
are from the age range of 15-30. This pie chart clearly
reflects this. Other options chosen were 15-40 and 15-20,
both of these fit our age range for our target audience, just
not as precise as the overall result we received.

Q - Where would you expect to see this film?

A - 

We then asked our reviewers to leave a general comment on

our films story line. Here are some on the answers we received.

I think the storyline is gripping and interesting. I would also expect to see it in the cinema, on Bluray and online but it only let me choose one.

I like it a lot! It's different and i think it sounds interesting.
